Features and Specifications
- Can be used at high temperatures up to 500°C. *
- The flow direction can be used in both directions.
- Since carbon is a good conductor of electricity, an antistatic mechanism is not required.
- Low pressure loss. (Full bore type)
- Side entry type makes disassembly and maintenance easy.
- Even in the event of a fire, the sheet will not be destroyed by fire, so it essentially has a fire-safe mechanism.
* The maximum operating temperature for oxidizing fluids is 450°C.
Allowable sheet leakage
- Valve with water pressure leakage “0” performance.
Gas pressure (air or nitrogen gas)*
* Permissible leakage is specified for ANSI/FCI 70-2 class-VI. - High pressure gas certified product or when inspection pressure is specified
seat leakage (ml/min) = 21.75 × bore size (inch) × differential pressure (MPa)
Test fluid: Air
